Learn Lutadix is the dedicated capability development, professional learning and knowledge-transfer division of Lutadix. Learn Lutadix is operated by Lutadix OÜ (“Lutadix”, “we”, “us” or “our”), a private limited company registered in the Republic of Estonia. Learn Lutadix is a division and brand, not a separate legal entity.

1. Scope

These Terms govern access to and use of the public Learn Lutadix website at learn.lutadix.com. By using the website you accept them; if you do not accept them, please discontinue use.

The website provides information. Its content does not in itself create a training, consulting or professional services contract. Where a specific program or engagement is governed by a proposal, quotation, Statement of Work, order, registration terms, training agreement or other written agreement, those terms govern that engagement and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

2. Use of the Website

You may browse, read and share our public content for lawful professional purposes. You agree not to:

• attempt unauthorized access to the website, its systems or any restricted area;
• interfere with the operation, integrity or security of the website;
• introduce malicious code or conduct fraudulent, deceptive or misleading activity;
• carry out unlawful automated extraction or exploitation of the website or its content;
• infringe intellectual property rights, or use the website for any other unlawful purpose.

3. Information About Programs and Services

Information published about programs, workshops, learning pathways, capability-development and knowledge-transfer services, delivery formats, locations, schedules, duration, trainers, assessment or any certificate of attendance or completion is general information for orientation. It becomes binding only where expressly confirmed in writing for a particular engagement. Availability and arrangements vary by program, client requirements and agreed scope, and no program is offered continuously in every country, format or schedule.

4. Customized and Corporate Programs

Learn Lutadix designs customized programs for organizations. Matters such as scope, learning objectives, participants, duration, delivery format, location, trainers, materials, assessment, pricing, payment, travel and logistics, cancellation, rescheduling and any certificates are agreed for each engagement in the applicable proposal, quotation, Statement of Work, order or training agreement. These Terms do not establish a single commercial rule for all engagements.

5. International Delivery

Learn Lutadix supports organizations internationally. Delivery in a particular country depends on the specific program, client requirements, trainer or provider availability, travel arrangements, visa and entry requirements, local conditions and applicable law. We do not guarantee a particular country, venue, trainer, provider, travel or immigration outcome, or program availability, unless expressly confirmed for the relevant engagement.

6. Trainers and Delivery Partners

Programs may be delivered by our own personnel or by qualified external trainers, subject-matter experts or delivery organizations engaged for a particular program. Not every trainer is an employee of Lutadix OÜ. Where a third party is involved, this is identified for the relevant engagement.

7. Enquiries

The forms on this website are enquiry and proposal-request forms only. Submitting a form is a request for information or a proposal; it is not an application, registration, booking or confirmed place, and it does not create a binding contract. A contract arises only when specific terms are agreed in writing between Lutadix OÜ and the client. The website does not currently offer online registration or online payment.

8. Pricing and Payment

No prices are published on this website. Pricing for each program is provided in a quotation or proposal, together with the applicable currency, taxes, payment terms and any additional costs. Payment is handled by invoice under the applicable agreement; we do not process or store payment-card data through this website.

9. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellation, rescheduling and any refund arrangements are governed by the commercial terms agreed for the relevant engagement. These Terms do not establish a general cancellation or refund policy.

10. Certificates and Recognition

Where a program includes a certificate, it is normally a certificate of attendance or completion issued by Lutadix OÜ. Unless expressly stated for a specific program, our programs do not confer accredited certification, a regulated professional qualification, academic credit, regulatory recognition or continuing professional education credits, and we do not guarantee examination success. Any third-party certification remains the credential of the issuing body. Lutadix OÜ is not an accreditation body.

11. Intellectual Property

The website and its content, and our training materials, presentations, templates, frameworks, methodologies, exercises, publications, digital content and branding, are owned by Lutadix OÜ or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. Participants and clients may use materials provided under a program for their own internal learning and professional purposes in accordance with the applicable program terms. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, sublicensing or other commercial exploitation without our prior written consent is not permitted. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights and licences.

12. Informational Content

General content published on this website is informational and educational and is not individualized legal, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, technical or other professional advice. This does not limit the instruction, assessments, deliverables or professional services provided under a specific engagement.

13. Changes to Programs

Where operational circumstances require a change to a proposed or scheduled program — for example trainer availability, venue or timing — we will notify the client and agree a suitable alternative. Rights and obligations in respect of a confirmed engagement remain governed by its applicable terms and by mandatory law.

14. Website Availability and Accuracy

We aim to keep website information accurate and current, but we cannot guarantee that every page is complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. This applies to public website information only and does not affect commitments made under a specific agreement.

15. Third-Party Websites

The website may link to external websites, platforms or resources operated by others. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies. Unless expressly stated, a link does not imply endorsement, ownership, partnership or control by Lutadix.

16. Privacy

Personal data submitted through this website is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

17. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as is” basis and Lutadix OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, business or data, arising from use of, or inability to use, the public website or from reliance on its general information.

Liability relating to a specific training or professional engagement is governed by the agreement applicable to that engagement. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury.

18. Governing Law and Disputes

These website Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules available to you under the law of your country of residence, where applicable, remain unaffected.

If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can seek a good-faith resolution. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus), Estonia, unless mandatory law requires another forum.

19. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms where appropriate. The current version is published on this page with its revision date. Updating these website Terms does not change the terms of an engagement already confirmed, which remains governed by its agreed terms.
